The programme began with a prayer service followed by planting of a sapling by the administrator Ma&#8217;am Cassie D&#8217;souza and Manager Rev. Fr. Ubaldo Fernandes to mark the importance of caring for nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A student recited a poem on the importance of trees and the need to protect them. This was followed by a beautiful song that encouraged everyone to love and save trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students also presented a skit that showed the importance of caring for Mother Earth and protecting trees. Teacher Sanlee Dias gave a short talk on the importance of Van Mahotsav. An informative video was also shown to help students understand the value of trees and the need to protect the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme concluded with a message to love, protect, and care for nature by the Administrator Ma&#8217;am Cassie D&#8217;souza and Manager Rev.Fr. Ubaldo Fernandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Feast of St. John the Baptist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Feast of St. John the Baptist was celebrated on&nbsp;24th June 2026&nbsp;with great devotion and enthusiasm. The programme commenced with a morning prayer, followed by a beautiful poem depicting the life and mission of St. John the Baptist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teacher Valinca Rodrigues presented a short talk on the life of St. John the Baptist highlighting his dedication to God&#8217;s mission and explaining the significance of the feast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the celebration, an enactment on the mission of St. John the Baptist was organized.The students participated enthusiastically, delivering well-prepared speeches and meaningful performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme ended on a joyful note inspiring everyone to follow the example of St. John the Baptist by living a life of faith, truth, and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Tr.
