5th Sept – Teacher’s Day is a special day for the appreciation of teachers and includes celebrations to honour them for their special contributions in a particular field area or the community in general.
It is very clear that a girl child is always a blessing. Not just for her parents but also for the society. Girl child is a reason for Continuation of Life in this world. A small girl child starts her life as a daughter, a sister later on in life a wife, a mother and finally a grandmother. The Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross is celebrated every year on September 14. On this day, the Church celebrates both the discovery and the recovery of the True Cross of Jesus Christ. The Holy Cross is a symbol that is both essential and inseparable from our Christian identity.

7th August 2018 was a memorable day for us AQUEMCARS. We were told to host the Deanery Pastors day at Saint Sebastian Church, Aquem.
With great Joy and taking due responsibility the Parish Pastoral Council members along with some representatives of the Parish, Fr. Gregory Asst. Parish Priest and Parish Priest Fr. Ndrew briefed us about the whole programme.
