Parents: God’s Reflection on Earth

We write stories, post tributes, print books, and even make films once a person is gone. But why? Will they ever see it? Will they ever feel it? Or is it only to
show the world that we cared? If only we had the courage to say those words while they were alive. If only we had the time to hold their hand, to look into their
eyes and say, “You matter to me.”

Children run after parents when they need something, but the same parents are often left alone in old age. Do we ever pause and ask ourselves, what right do we really have over a house, over a family, if the very foundation of it, our parents, are pushed aside? These are the same people who gave us food when they themselves stayed
hungry, who worked tirelessly so we could sleep peacefully, who carried us when our feet were too small to walk. And now, when their steps falter, when their voices tremble, when their hearts only crave for love, we look away.

God could not be everywhere, so He gave us parents. And yet, when we neglect them, aren’t we neglecting God Himself? We forget that our children are watching us. They won’t follow what we preach, they’ll follow what we do. And one day, the way we treat our parents will return to us.

From the first breath of life to the final days on earth, love and care are all a person truly needs. Not money, not status, not posts on social media, just love.
So don’t wait for the grave to shower flowers. Don’t wait for death to write a tribute. The dead don’t hear your words, but the living do. The living need your
warmth, your time, your kindness, now!!!

Because great gestures after death bring no joy to the one who has left… nor do they please God. But a simple act of love today can change a life, heal a heart,
and bless your own soul forever.
